Comprehensive Setup & Optimization

  • Master Setup — $135

    • A comprehensive optimization for your instrument. Includes: thorough multi-point inspection, professional cleaning of body/neck/hardware, fret polishing, fretboard conditioning, component contact cleaning, and precise adjustments to neck relief, string action, nut slots, intonation, and pickup balance

  • Master Setup – Floyd Rose / Locking Tremolo — $160

    • Includes all aspects of the Master Setup with specific, detailed attention to floating bridge balance, string lock clamping, fine tuner range, and knife edge inspection.

  • Master Setup - Banjo - $150

    • A comprehensive optimization for your banjo. Includes: thorough multi-point inspection, professional cleaning and polish, head tension evaluation, coordinator rod adjustment, bridge fitting and placement, tailpiece adjustment, nut slot optimization, truss rod adjustment (if equipped), action and intonation setup, and fresh strings.

Nut & Saddle Work

  • New Custom Bone Nut – Fabrication & Installation — $195

    • Includes a Full Master Setup. Price covers precise shaping from a blank and slotting for your specific string gauge. Standard bone material included.
       

  • New Custom Bone Acoustic Saddle – Fabrication & Installation — $180

    • Includes a Full Master Setup. Price covers precise shaping from a blank, setting action height, and achieving proper compensation. Standard bone material included.

  • Fret Level / Crown / Polish — $285

    • Includes a Full Master Setup.
       

  • Full Refret – Unbound Fingerboard — $495

    • Includes a Full Master Setup.

Structural Repairs

  • Neck Reset – Dovetail (Glued-in) — $800

    • A complete package including neck removal/re-setting, a fret level, and a Full Master Setup.

  • Neck Reset – Bolt-On (Traditional) — $600

    • A complete package including neck removal/re-setting, a fret level, and a Full Master Setup.
       

  • Bolt-On Neck Replacement (Modern-Style, e.g. Fender/Taylor) — Starting at $245

    • Includes labor for neck swap/shimming, a new custom bone nut, and a Full Master Setup.
       

  • Headstock Crack Repair - Tier 1 (Structural Glue-Up) — $185
     

  • Headstock Crack Repair - Tier 2 (Structural w/ Cosmetic Touch-up) — $275
     

  • Headstock Crack Repair - Tier 3 (Major Break w/ Restoration) — Starting at $400+
     

  • Crack Repair (Body) — Starting at $75
     

  • Covers up to 1 linear inch, including basic touchup & cleating. Longer cracks quoted at approx. $35 per additional linear inch.
     

  • Bridge Re-glue (Acoustic) — $345

    • Includes cleanup, necessary minor finish work, and a Full Master Setup.

  • Bridge Replacement / New Bridge Install (Acoustic) — $495

    • Includes full shaping from blank, installation, finish blending, and a Full Master Setup.
       

  • JLD Bridge Doctor Installation — $110

    • Installation and adjustment of the device. A full setup is recommended as an add-on.
